I love to organise things, & I love buttons!!

One of my favourite childhood memories is running my hands through my Mum’s huge icecream tub full of spare buttons!  I loved the colours, the shapes & they way they almost acted like a liquid!

I recently bought myself a big bag of pastel buttons to give my tiny button collection a huge boost!  I’d been looking for some reasonably priced, but lovely, glass storage for them all, without much success… till I spotted these lovely, super cheap!!, glass jars in my local chemist – viola!!  I’m a happy chappy!

I’ve been playing with a few of the Upsy Daisy Designs ranges, such lovely quality papers, and I think the Basic Alphas rub-ons are my new favourite Rub-ons!

This is my favourite project – a small photo frame converted to a 3D shadow box.

I used the lovely UDD ‘Pretty Petals’ range & matching Rub-on sheet to create this tiny (5″x5″) piece of home decor.  I love sage greens, so it’s perfect for my home.

I’m in the process of creating an instructional podcast for this project, so check back soon for that!

Update:

It’s done! – check out my new instructional podcast for this project here.  I hope you enjoy it & are inspired to create something similar yourself {let me know if you do!}
